Questions drivers ask us

Do I need my own operating authority?

Yes. We dispatch for owner-operators and carriers with an active NSC safety certificate (or CVOR in Ontario) and valid cargo and liability insurance. If you're new, we can point you in the right direction to get set up.

Do I have to take every load you find?

No. There is no forced dispatch. We send you options based on your lanes and minimum rate, and nothing is booked without your approval.

How and when do I pay the dispatch fee?

Our fee is a percentage of the gross load rate and is invoiced weekly, only on loads you've hauled. No load, no fee.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No long-term contracts. Our service agreement can be cancelled with simple written notice.

Do you work with new carriers?

Yes. Many brokers have age requirements, but we know which ones work with new carriers and help you build a track record.

What documents do I need to get started?

Your NSC or CVOR safety certificate, certificate of insurance, GST/HST number, banking details (void cheque), and a signed dispatch agreement. If you use a factoring company, a notice of assignment (NOA) too.
